The Planning Authority has been reported to have approved the installation of an artistic statue of a headless horse at a spot which will just be over and above the Reqqa Point and Billinghurst kitting up areas.
We’re pretty sure that the controversy on the installation of this statue will continue on for a bit, and that visiting divers will for sure snap their own picture or two once this is in place… though whether it’s to their taste or not still has to be seen…
