The blogpost by Gareth Lock, of thehumandiver.com raises some interesting points about the tragedy of Ms. Christine Gauci’s accident, and the initial judgement. The post was written a few days after the initial which was later overturned on appeal.
However it still makes for very interesting reading, with Mr Lock raising a few items to be considered.
