TVMNews.mt shared a video of Fishermen saving a Dolphin from certain death, after it had gotten itself entangled in the ropes of fishing markers.
The article (in Maltese), reports that two hobby fishermen saw the dolphin struggling at the surface outside of Mellieha Bay after it got entangled in the ropes, and they swiftly went to the rescue, cutting up the ropes and freeing it. After being released, they also reported that the dolphin circled their boat a few times, which the fishermen thought it was like a sign of appreciation for saving it.
Well done to both fishermen!
