The “Ultimate guide to diving the Maltese Islands” is now out for sale from leading bookshops and dive centres.
This Fifth edition has been updated with many new pictures and wrecks, and includes a dedicated section for the wrecks managed by the Underwater Cultural Heritage Unit at Heritage Malta.
This book is the fruit of over a hundred visits to Malta by Peter G. Lemon. He is helped by many local and visiting divers, instructors, dive centres and clubs in sourcing information and pictures for this guide which has become a mainstay of the books a visiting or new local diver should have on his breakfast table.
A true inspiration and guide for many dives, the book contains dozens of dive site maps with navigation assistance and a good amount of history on each wreck portrayed. Don’t dive independently at the local diving sites if you don’t know the sites by heart already unless you’ve checked out this book before!
Divinginfo.mt congratulates Peter for doing his best to continue improving this guide, which unfortunately may be his last, as he states on the back cover. We wish him all the best in health and hope that the fruit of all these years of work will in the same form or other, continue on.
You can get your copy from the main dive centres around Malta, or online from BDL or the Malta Online Bookshop.
