Gozo salt pans project appeal 3rd sitting

Updated 22 July 2025 following second EPRT sitting
In the second sitting at the EPRT, the Chairman of the Tribunal noted a request by the Planning Authority representative for every evidence that the applicant filed at the EPRT to be forwarded to it. The Planning Authority would then have a deadline to present any additional evidence by 10 September 2025 and for the next sitting (hopefully the final one) to be held on the 28 October at 15:30.
