Today’s Times of Malta has published an opinion piece targeting the lethargy in the implementation of the Diving Strategy announced last year.
The opinion piece, penned by Daniel Xerri and David Agius highlights the little, if any action seen related to the objectives and action points that are to be addressed by the strategy. Divinginfo.mt also published a related article this July which goes into more details on some of the points and the disappointment of the diving community.
