The Armed Forces of Malta today announced that they had safely rescued a diver from Reqqa Point, Gozo, a popular diving site for all advanced to technical divers.
Based on the last line of the press release, it appears that there was quite a bit of consideration whether there might have been misjudgement or worse, recklessness in this case, though in view that we were not provided with first hand accounts of the occurrences, one would need to keep an open mind as to whether it was either case, or a diver who unfortunately encountered difficulties whilst diving.
