The Ċirkewwa Marine Park team has today issued the following communication on social media.
Hi everyone!
Since we have had the site office it has been great getting to see everyone a little bit more on a daily basis. With our new team growing and as the season picks up, we would love to invite all diving instructors in this community to a meet and greet at Cirkewwa Marine Park on Thursday the 3rd of August at 6pm.
We want to create an opportunity to get to know each other better while providing valuable information about the site. We will have Cami Appelgrenour park ranger join as well so that they can share some important information about best practices to report illegalities on site.
As part of this meet and greet, we will also go on a coastal clean up of the area. We all love this marine park and these little beach clean-ups are a great way to give back, well take back the rubbish, while also getting to know each other a little bit better.
We would love you all to join us for this on the 3rd of August so that our team can get to know you all a bit better.
